Assistant Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Position 1: Assistant Mechanical Engineer (Salary: SGD2200 to 2800)
Position 2: Mechanical Engineer (Salary: SGD3500 to 4500)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the mechanical design and development of innovative automated equipment
Attend meetings with customers to discuss on their requirements in new project and/or project proposals.
Develop engineering drawings, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Collaborate with other engineering team to ensure uniform application of good practice of manufacturing standard.
Requirements:

Min Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
Min. 2 years’ experience in electronic automation equipment design
Proficient in Solidworks, AutoCad software and knowledge of Pro Engineer software will be an added advantage
Moderate travelling may be required.
Committed, independent, responsible and possess positive work attitude
Able to speak to Mandarin
